I've been working on this piece every day non-stop ever since I saw this competition on DA, which was on August 1st. That's why all my commissions have been on hold all this time. I will be working on them now.

Anyways, my idea for this piece was to show how beautiful and unpredictable life is under the sea. If you look at the details closely you'll see a lot of motives on this pic, from love and happiness to death and darkness. The piece itself is very contrasting, it goes from the lightest part which is full of life to the darkest one which is almost extinct. Hope you guys like it.

Time taken: Around 10 full 24h days (since I've been working on it for 20 days with small lunch/bathroom breaks hehehe)

Tools used: Paint tool Sai, Photoshop CS, Genius tablet (whose pen broke down 2 days before I got to finish this) and a computer mouse.
